Sr. Integration Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux servers and related infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular security audits, apply patches and updates, and implement appropriate security measures.
• Knowledge of best practices for securing Linux systems, including hardening techniques, access controls, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies, such as application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere) and message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, MQ).
• Knowledge of integration patterns and technologies, such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), API gateways, and message queuing.
• Optimize system performance and resource utilization through capacity planning and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and maintain automated deployment pipelines.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and scaling of applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and network engineers, to drive efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and related orchestration tools.
• Knowledge and understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
